Data Beaconpoint Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 to help fundraising and communications teams turn program records into reports donors finish reading.
Official name and origin
The official registered business name is Data Beaconpoint Co., Ltd. We opened in 2016 near Bangplee Industrial Estate in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, after years of freelance chart work for education and health nonprofits around Greater Bangkok.
Early clients asked for annual reports that matched the careful language their field teams already used in monitoring sheets. That request still shapes how we staff projects: one senior designer and one writer share every engagement, and both stay close to the source tables.
How we work
We begin with a discovery call, then request spreadsheets, photo consent status, and any prior donor letters. Drafts arrive as annotated page proofs. Revisions happen with your board or fundraising lead in the room—or by annotated PDF when schedules require remote review.
We decline projects that ask us to invent reach figures or to present partial counts as population-wide success. When numbers are incomplete, we narrow the claim and say so in the caption.
