Information we collect
When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, selected offer, project notes, and any message you include. During a commission we may also hold contact details of your colleagues, meeting notes, and files you upload for the report.
Purposes
We use this information to reply to enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver commissioned work, manage invoices, and improve our internal processes. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months if no commission follows. Project files and correspondence for completed work are retained for up to seven years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer legal retention applies.
Your rights
Subject to Thai law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@data-beaconpoint.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Thai authority.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in Thailand. If a collaborator or processor outside Thailand must access a file to complete your project, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and share only what is needed for the task.
